2019-20 LaLiga Santander: 548,000 viewers in Spain for Real Madrid's title winning match on Movistar

Real Madrid CF - Villarreal CF (2-1), on Matchday 37 of the 2019-20 LaLiga Santander season, played behind closed doors, drew an average of 548,000 viewers in Spain on the pay-TV channel Movistar LaLiga on Thursday 16/07/2020 (kick-off at 21:00 CET), according to data from the audience measurement institute Kantar Media.

Real Madrid claimed their 34^th Spanish championship title on Matchday 37 the penultimate matchday of the season.

News Tank Football was unable to count the audiences for six games on Matchday 37, which were broadcast in multiplex format, due to a lack of a sufficient audience (less than 50,000 viewers).

• The Movistar LaLiga (Telefonica) channels, broadcast nine of LaLiga Santander's ten games for the 2019-2022 cycle.
• Gol, a free DTT channel from the Mediapro group, has been broadcasting one game per matchday since the 2016-17 season (2016-2019 and 2019-2022 cycles).
