Ashley Milton named CFO of Perform Group (Britain)

Ashley Milton of England was appointed CFO of Perform Group, a British company specialising in the production of sports content on digital media, on 08/05/2014.

He will be replacing David Surtees, who had left on 10/01/2014, following a warning on the group's results. The share price of Perform Group fell by 58% and resulted in a loss of market capitalisation of €414m for the company, between 12 and 13/12/2013.

Ashley Milton had served as CFO of GroupM, which has specialised in media purchase and consultancy since 2011.

• The share price of Perform Group increased by 46% on the London Stock Exchange from 13/12/2013 (£180, or €220) and 12/05/2014 (£263, or € 322).
• Perform Group is the producer of video content for the internet and mobile of the Premier League until 2016.
• Perform has been generating, beginning in 2013-14 and on behalf of the Premier League, a white label application for tablets and mobile phones, that international broadcasters may distribute under their own brand.
