US Sassuolo: launch of a commemorative logo and a new website for the club's 100^th anniversary

Unione Sportiva Sassuolo Calcio (Serie A TIM) has presented all the activities to be carried out as part of the club's 100^th anniversary celebrations at a reception held at the Mapei Football Center (the club's training centre) on 17/07/2020, 100 years to the day after the Italian club was founded on 17/07/1920.

In the presence of Gabriele Gravina, president of the FIGC, and Paolo Dal Pino, president of the Lega Serie A, US Sassuolo unveiled a commemorative logo that will be used on the club's shirts and all communication media for the entire 2020-21 season. On the same day, the club also launched a new website "with a new graphical interface to make the most of digital content in high definition."

Other events planned by US Sassuolo to celebrate its centenary include the opening of an official store in the town centre of Sassuolo (Emilia-Romagna, 41,000 inhabitants), the launch of a special 100-year merchandise line, the creation of the "Generation S" project aimed at the town's young people, and the organisation of a community event when health measures allow.
