Twitch: creation of a sports channel launched in collaboration with four football clubs

Twitch, a streaming platform specialised in video games, has launched a new channel dedicated to sports named "/twitchsports" on 22/07/2020. For the launch of the channel, Twitch has announced a collaboration with four football clubs from the European Top 5: Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander), Arsenal FC (Premier League), Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) and Juventus FC (Serie A TIM), in order to broadcast exclusive and interactive content to their fans.

"The 'Sports' category will have a dedicated channel /twitchsports to better follow all the programming available for all sports fans on the platform. The four clubs that collaborate with Twitch will produce exclusive and interactive content and experiences to bring their fans around the world closer to these iconic organisations and their athletes," said Twitch.
