MLB (baseball): beIN Sports extends broadcasting rights for two seasons in France and MENA

beIN Sports has extended its Major League Baseball (MLB) broadcasting rights in France and 24 territories in the MENA zone for the 2020 and 2021 seasons, announced the Qatari pay-TV group on 24/07/2020.

MLB's 2020 regular season, shortened due to the Covid-19 pandemic, began on 23/07/2020 and is scheduled to end on 27/09/2020. The play-offs are due to start on 29/09/2020.

beIN Sports France, which has been broadcasting the MLB since 2015, will broadcast a minimum of two games per week during the regular season. beIN Sports France also holds the broadcasting rights for the NBA and NFL.
