Premier League: W88 (betting) succeeds ManBetX as main shirt sponsor of Crystal Palace for 2020-21

W88, a sports betting and online gambling operator active in Asia, has become partner and main shirt sponsor of Crystal Palace FC (Premier League) for the 2020-21 season, announced the club on 03/08/2020.

W88 has the status of main partner, the first level in the sponsorship hierarchy of the English club. The bookmaker succeeds another betting operator, ManBetX, Crystal Palace's main shirt sponsor for the 2017-2020 cycle (£6.5m/€7.6m per year). ManBetX is also a partner of Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander) and has been the main shirt sponsor of Wolverhampton Wanderers FC since 2019-20.

W88 was a partner and main shirt sponsor of Aston Villa FC for their first season back in the Premier League in 2019-20. The Birmingham club changed its main partner on 29/06/2020 from W88 to Cazoo (vehicle e-commerce). The sports betting operator was also an official partner of Leicester City FC for the 2018-2020 cycle.
