Deportivo Alavés: club presents a new logo to be used from its centenary 2020-21 season

Deportivo Alavés (LaLiga Santander) has presented a new logo, which will be used by the club from its centenary season 2020-21, on 28/07/2020. This logo is the ninth in the history of the club, which was founded on 23/01/1921.

"In this redefinition of the club's corporate image, a perfect spherical shape has been chosen to frame all the elements that form the emblem. In this way, the letters are not lost in the background and the flag, the main element, is not lost in the composition. It has been chosen to simplify the use of colours, relying solely on the white and blue colours that represent the institution," said Deportivo Alavés.

"The iconic emblem has been respected and continues to play a prominent role, and a nod has been made to the circular logo used by the club in 1923. Furthermore, the club's new commitment allows for three different expressions of the brand. A model that other brands are already committed to worldwide and that allows a very wide variety of uses and virtual solutions," added the Basque club.
