Levante UD: a loan of €60m to finance the renovation of the stadium and the new sports city

Levante Union Deportiva (LaLiga Santander) and Benjamin de Rothschild Infrastructure Debt Generation, loan fund for infrastructure projects of the Edmond de Rothschild group, have signed a financing agreement for an amount of €60m, announced the Spanish club on 07/08/2020. The amortization of the operation is planned over 12 years.

"The two parties have agreed to structure the operation in three stages. The first part is intended for the first phase of the renovation of the Ciutat de Valencia Stadium (25,354 capacity, project currently underway) and the repayment of loans guaranteed by a mortgage. A second component will consist of financing the construction of the new sports center in the Nazaret district, and a final one will concern the following stages of renovation of the stadium," added the Levante UD.
