2020-21 Premier League: dates set for the 38 matchdays, full schedule by 21/08/2020

The first matchday during the weekend of 12-13/09/2020, Matchday 15 scheduled for the traditional Boxing Day (Saturday 26/12/2020), with the following rounds scheduled for Monday 28/12/2020 and on Saturday 02/01/2021, and the final Matchday 38 scheduled for Sunday 23/05/2021, these are some of the dates for the 2020-21 Premier League season announced by the English Professional League on 13/08/2020.

The full schedule, with the list of the 380 matches for the 2020-21 season, will be published "no later than Friday 21/08/2020," specified the Premier League.

20 clubs, as usual, will take part in the Premier League 2020-21.
• Liverpool FC were crowned 2019-20 champions.
• Norwich City FC, AFC Bournemouth and Watford FC have been relegated to the Sky Bet Championship.
• Conversely, Leeds United FC, West Bromwich Albion FC and Fulham FC have been promoted to the Premier League.

The 2020-21 Premier League season is five weeks shorter than a normal season because of the coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19), whic pushed the end of the 2019-20 season to 26/07/2020.
