"The LFP Competitions Commission decided to postpone the Olympique de Marseille - AS Saint-Etienne match, scheduled for Friday 21/08/2020 at 19:00. and counting for Matchday of the 2020-21 Ligue 1 Uber Eats season, to Wednesday 16 or Thursday 17/09/2020 subject to changes in health conditions within the Olympique de Marseille club," indicated the LFP on 18/08/2020. The health conditions in question are medical results transmitted by Olympique de Marseille the same day to the national Covid commission, demonstrating that "the virus is circulating within the Marseille club", added the LFP.
