Belgium: Eleven finalizes final Pro League distribution deal with Telenet

The British audiovisual group Eleven has signed a distribution agreement including in particular its three channels dedicated to the Pro League in Belgium, with the Belgian telecommunications operator Telenet, for a period of five years, on 14/08/2020.

This is the last distribution agreement signed by Eleven, after the one with operators Orange, Proximus, Telesat / TV-Vlaanderen and Voo since the British group finalized the acquisition of national and international broadcasting rights to the to the Jupiler Pro League, the D1B (Belgian second division) and the Belgian Super Cup, over the 2020-2025 cycle, for an amount greater than €100m per season, on 26/06/2020.

  • The 2020-21 season of the Jupiler Pro League began on 08/08/2020.
