Serie A TIM: Kappa succeeds Le Coq Sportif as ACF Fiorentina's equipment supplier for 2020-2026

Kappa has become the official equipment supplier of the ACF Fiorentina (Serie A TIM) men's and women's teams for six seasons (2020-2026), announced the club on 21/08/2020. The agreement, made with the Italian license distributor BasicNet, will amount to €2.5m per season.

"The partnership will see Kappa supply all technical and sports attire for the club's teams, including the men's and women's youth sides, while the Kappa, K-Way, Superga, Briko and Sebago brands (distributed by BasicNet Group) will also create club-branded leisurewear and footwear," explained the Italian club.

Kappa succeeds the French brand Le Coq Sportif, ACF Fiorentina's equipment supplier for the 2015-2020 cycle. In 2020-21, Kappa is the second most represented equipment manufacturer in the Italian Championship with four clubs under contract, behind Macron (five clubs). Le Coq Sportif is no longer represented in Serie A TIM.
