Brazil 2014: Kit supplier Adidas presents Battle Pack shoe collection

The kit supplier Adidas unveiled Battle Pack, its new shoe collection for the 2014 World Cup, on 12/05/2014. The collection is composed of five models with "innovative technology and decidedly aggressive design," said the German brand. The models are: adizero f50, predator, nitrocharge, adizero f50 Messi and 11Pro.

The Battle Pack shoes are black and white, the colours of the Adidas "all in or nothing" campaign. "[The designs are] inspired by the war paint of native warriors and feature gold stripes representing the World Cup trophy," the company said. The only exception is the model adizero f50 Messi, designed for Lionel Messi, whose design is inspired by the blue and white flag of Argentina.

Shoes from the Battle Pack collection will be sold for $165 (€120) in Adidas Stores and specialist superstores beginning 26/05/2014.
