2019-20 Women's Champions League: Olympique Lyonnais crowned champions for the 5^th consecutive time

Olympique Lyonnais (D1 Arkema) won the 2019-20 UEFA Women's Champions League by beating VfL Wolfsburg (Flyeralarm Frauen-Bundesliga) 3-1 at the Anoeta Stadium in San Sebastian (ESP) on Sunday 30/08/2020.

Already winners of the French Championship, the Coupe de France and the Trophée des Championnes in 2019-20, OL Féminin won the Women's Champions League for the seventh time in the club's history. This is the club's 5^th consecutive victory in the competition, a performance that only Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander) have managed to achieve on the men's side (from 1956 to 1960).

With its seven European championship titles (2011, 2012, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020), Olympique Lyonnais has consolidated its place at the top of the European women's competition, ahead of FFC Frankfurt (Flyeralarm Frauen-Bundesliga, 4 titles).
