The German equipment manufacturer Puma and the FIGC have presented the Italian national team home kit to be used from 2020, on 31/08/2020. The kit will be worn by the Italian team for Euro 2020, which will be played in 2021, for the 2022 World Cup qualifiers as well as for the second edition of the Nations League.

Italy's new home shirt reinterprets the artistic and architectural style of the Renaissance period through modern geometric forms, integrated tone-on-tone on a blue jersey "celebrating the nation's influence on world culture and football alike."

The Italian players will wear their new kit for the first time in their two 2020-21 Nations League matches (League A, Group 1) versus Bosnia-Herzegovina at the Stadio Artemio Franchi in Florence (ITA) on Friday 04/09 and versus the Netherlands at the Johan Cruyff Arena (Amsterdam, NED) on Monday 07/09/2020.
