ECA: Second meeting of Women's Football Committee in Lisbon (POR) on 22/05/2014

The second meeting of the ECA (European Club Association) Women's Football Committee will be held in Lisbon (POR) on 22/05/2014, the final day of the Women's Champions League (Wolfsburg-Tyresö FF).

The Women's Football Committee was established at the 10^th general assembly of the ECA in Doha (QAT) on 22/01/2013. Composed of 23 women's clubs and chaired by Jean-Michel Aulas (President of Olympique Lyonnais), the committee aims to promote women's football and create a direct dialogue with governing bodies.

At this meeting, the ECA will present its "Women's Club Football Analysis", which was conducted over the 2013-14 season for members of the Women's Football Committee. "The objective of the study is to improve the ECA's knowledge on women's football and share it with members of the Committee. The goal is to better protect women's football clubs -- not just ECA members, but all European clubs," said the ECA.
