ExclusiveSponsorship: major changes among Premier League clubs for the 2020-21 season

The 2020-21 Premier League season kicks off with Fulham FC - Arsenal FC at Craven Cottage (25,700 capacity) on Saturday 12/09/2020 (kick-off at 12:30 local time, 13:30 CET). Nike, Three, Cadbury, Cazoo... There have been a number of changes in terms of sponsorship for the new season.

Liverpool FC, the 2019-20 Premier League champions, have joined Nike, who succeed New Balance as the club's equipment supplier. Nike allowed New Balance to end the 2019-20 season with Liverpool beyond the initial deadline of 01/07/2020 due to the postponement of the end of the 2019-20 Premier League season due to the Covid-19 pandemic. As part of the agreement, Nike brand will pay the club £30m (€35.2m) annually, plus a 20% royalty on Liverpool FC's net product sales revenue.

adidas remains the most represented equipment manufacturer in the Premier League for the third consecutive season, with seven clubs under contract. Three other agreements are worth noting: Umbro's extension with West Ham United FC, adidas succeeding Kappa for promoted side Leeds United FC, and Hummel replacing Umbro at Everton FC.
