FC Nantes: launch of a discussion thread on WhatsApp dedicated exclusively to season ticket holders

FC Nantes (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) has created a discussion thread on the instant messaging application WhatsApp (owned by Facebook) exclusively for its season ticket holders, announced the club on 15/09/2020.

"Available free of charge and accessible exclusively to its most loyal supporters, the private messaging service will allow season ticket holders to receive regular previews of the Canaries' (nickname of the club) news, exclusive information and the possibility of ordering the latest products from the online shop. Season ticket holders will also be able to interact with the club, access the after-sales service and ask questions (ticketing, shop, travel, etc.) which we will endeavour to answer as quickly as possible," added FC Nantes.

To access this new service, season ticket holders must download the WhatsApp application, save in their phonebook the phone number sent by the club by email, and join the discussion thread (via a link also sent by the club) on which they must send the message "Hello, I would like to join the FC Nantes WhatsApp community".
