Ligue 1: PMU continues with Paris SG until 2017-18 and adds women's team and handball

Betting operator PMU extended its contract as an official partner of Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1), the club announced during the last game of 2013-14 Ligue 1 (4-0 against Montpellier) and the celebration for the title of champion of France on 17/05/2014.

PMU, a partner since 2011, is now linked to the club until the end of 2017-18. This new contract is extended to women's football and handball.

PMU's activities with Paris SG

• PMU organised horceracing related events at the Parc des Princes before the match against AS Saint-Etienne (2-0, 29^th matchday of Ligue 1) on 16/03/2014.
• Paris Saint-Germain enable their main sponsors to create exclusive activities at one dedicated match each season. 
• The match was kicked off by Pierre Vercruysse, world champion driver, totalling more than 1,700 victories, including the European Trotting Union Prize or the Grand Prix of France.
• The fictitious horse race got underway before the match. The race was broadcast on giant screens in the stadium.
• Spectators could watch their favourite horse, assigned via game receipts distributed upon arrival at…
