Real Madrid CF: 16 million interactions on social networks for the club's 34^th title on 16/06/2020

Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander) generated more than 16 million interactions on its official Twitter, Instagram and Facebook accounts on 16/06/2020, the date on which the club won its 34^th Spanish championship title by beating Villarreal CF (2-1, Matchday 37 penultimate matchday), with an average of 74,192 interactions per publication, according to the club on 15/09/2020.

"On 16/06/2020, Real Madrid shared 216 posts, generating more than 16 million interactions. The following day, the team exceeded this milestone, publishing 180 pieces of content that generated over 16.6 million interactions, increasing the average to over 92,000 interactions per publication, according to Blinkfire Analytics (a company specialised in the monitoring of social network data)," said the Spanish club, which has emerged as "the top performing team on social media among the five major European leagues" thanks to an average of 38,687 interactions per post during the 2019-20 season.
