FIFA: CHF3m (€2.76m) in salaries and allowances for Gianni Infantino in 2019

CHF1.95m (€1.8m) in gross base salary, CHF1.03m (€954,000) in gross variable salary and CHF24,000 (€22,230) in lump sum compensation: a total of CHF3,004,000 (€2.76m) was received by FIFA president Gianni Infantino for the year 2019, according to the Annual Report validated during the 70^th Congress of the world body held for the first time by videoconference on 18/09/2020.

"As part of FIFA's statutory commitment to transparency" the Annual Report 2019 (available to downlaod) highlights "the annual compensation awarded to the key members of FIFA senior management, the chairpersons of its committees and the members of the FIFA Council."

Fatma Samoura, secretary general of the International Federation, received CHF1,574,000 (€1.45m) in gross salaries and allowances for the year 2019.
