Serie A TIM: Krause Group (United States) acquires 90% of Parma Calcio 1913

Krause Group, an American company with activities in local commerce, logistics, vineyards, hospitality, real estate, agriculture and sports in the United States and Italy, has acquired 90% of Parma Calcio 1913 (Serie A TIM), according to the club on 18/09/2020. Krause Group has also acquired 99% of the company Progetto Stadio Parma srl, created to manage the Stadio Ennio Tardini renovation project.

Nuovo Inizio ("New Start" in English), the holding company that unites some of Parma's most prominent entrepreneurs (including Guido Barilla, president of the agro-industrial group Barilla) and which was behind the birth of Parma Calcio 1913 (formerly Parma FC) in 2015, retains 9% of the club, versus 99% previously. Parma Partecipazioni Calcistiche S.p.a., a structure that groups together small holders, retains 1% of the shareholding.
