Bayern Munich: launch of "FC Bayern AHEAD", strategic project to prepare the future of the club

FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga) has launched "FC Bayern AHEAD", a strategic project for "preparing for the future, to secure these great achievements for the coming decades," announced the Bavarian club on 23/09/2020.

"The FC Bayern AHEAD strategy project is intended to develop FC Bayern's strengths and specifically exploit potential for improvement. We need a holistic club strategy that reduces complexity and provides direction," said Oliver Kahn, designated management board chairman (which he will chair from 01/01/2022, succeeding Karl-Heinz Rummenigge as head of the club), and who will lead this new project.

In addition to the former German international goalkeeper, the steering committee of "FC Bayern AHEAD" will consist of Herbert Hainer, chairman of supervisory board, the entire executive board committee, and representatives of the club association and the basketball section.
