Bundesliga: FC Bayern Munich signs a cooperation agreement with SOS Children's Villages

FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga) and SOS Children's Villages, a humanitarian association that supports nearly 1.5 million children in 137 countries, have signed a multi-year cooperation agreement, announced the club on 22/09/2020.

SOS Children's Villages "will support FC Bayern in strategically developing its social sustainability in Germany and around the world, making it even more visible. FC Bayern will support the important and valuable work of SOS Children's Villages worldwide with its national and international brand strength," said the Bavarian club.

The first deployment of this partnership will consist of the implementation of the "Arena of Change" project at the FC Bayern Campus, the club's training centre north of Munich (Bavaria, GER), where vulnerable children between the ages of 8 and 14 will be accommodated during a 24-month pilot phase. These children will be cared for by staff from SOS Children's Villages.
