FIFA: Legal Handbook featuring statutes, 13 regulations and two Codes published on 23/09/2020

The FIFA Statutes, 13 regulations including those on governance and the status and transfer of players, as well as two Codes (Disciplinary and Ethics), are provided in the Legal Handbook published by the International Federation on 23/09/2020 (document available to download).

The Handbook is FIFA's comprehensive resource on "legal, governance and regulatory matters in football," said the body.

In addition to the essential regulations and statutory codes "the FIFA Legal Handbook also includes relevant circulars and standard FIFA legal documents and contains the updates to the FIFA Statutes and regulations made in September 2020," added the International Federation.
