Serie A TIM: Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts of the 20 clubs (October 2020)

The 20 clubs in the 2020-21 Serie A TIM championship total nearly 209 million fans on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, according to data compiled by News Tank Football on 01/10/2020. The Serie A TIM is the third most followed European Top 5 league on these three social networks combined, behind LaLiga Santander and the Premier League, with 10.4 million fans per club on average.

With more than 94 million followers on the three social networks, Juventus FC is the most followed Italian club ahead of AC Milan (41 million) and FC Internazionale Milano (just over 34 million).

Juve have the strongest growth in fan numbers on each of the three social networks with more than 1.2 million additional subscribers in total, 72% of them on Instagram alone. On this social network, only Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander, +947,286 followers) does better in terms of the European Top 5 leagues.

In percentage growth terms, the promoted clubs Spezia Calcio on Instagram (+15.6%) and Facebook (+3.1%), and Benevento Calcio on Twitter (+5.9%) show the strongest increases among Serie A TIM clubs.
