Facebook: Top 100 European football clubs with the most likes (October 2020)

Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander) is the most popular European club on Facebook (nearly 111 million likes), ahead of FC Barcelona (LaLiga Santander, 103 million) and Manchester United FC (Premier League, 73 million), according to data collected by News Tank Football, which has established the Top 100 most popular European clubs on this social network as of 01/10/2020.

Tottenham Hotspur FC (Premier League), 13^th in the ranking, posted the best increase in absolute value with 614,513 additional likes. Conversely, Real Madrid posted the biggest decrease (-80,854 likes), for the second consecutive month. Meanwhile UD Almería (LaLiga SmartBank) posted the best percentage growth (+24.8%) ahead of Everton FC (Premier League, +9.4%).

The Premier League is the most represented league in the Top 20 of this ranking (seven clubs), followed by the Serie A TIM (four) and LaLiga Santander (three).
