Roland-Garros: Kia, Nike, Banco Santander... Rafael Nadal's partners celebrate his 13^th title

Kia has celebrated the victory of Spaniard Rafael Nadal at the 2020 Roland-Garros Grand Slam tournament via a video highlighting the support of the tennis player's fans on social networks, announced the South Korean car manufacturer on 11/10/2020. Kia has been a partner of Rafael Nadal since 2004. The tennis player became the brand's global ambassador in 2006, after his first title at Roland-Garros in 2005.

Rafael Nadal defeated Serbian Novak Djokovic in the 2020 final (6-0, 6-2, 7-5) on 11/10/2020 to win his 20^th Grand Slam title and his 13^th French Open. As part of its "Take on 2020" programme, Kia had launched an appeal to Rafael Nadal's fans to support him on Instagram throughout the tournament. A poster campaign for these Instagram posts was also deployed in Paris (FRA), host city of the Grand Slam tournament (see below). The video posted on Kia's Twitter account on 11/10/2020 includes some of these messages of support.
