LaLiga Santander: PlayStation (Sony), regional partner of Real Madrid CF from 2020-21

PlayStation, the video game console of the Japanese group Sony Interactive Entertainment (Sony Corporation group), has become a partner of Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander) from 2020-21, announced the club on 08/10/2020. As part of the agreement, the new PS5 (marketed in Europe from 19/11/2020) and the PS4 become the club's "official consoles".

PlayStation has the status of regional partner, the third level in the Spanish club's sponsorship hierarchy. The Japanese manufacturer will benefit from visibility on signage at the Santiago Bernabéu (80,000 capacity) and on the club's communication media. The agreement includes Real Madrid's first men's, women's and basketball teams, as well as the entire PlayStation ecosystem, including PS VR (virtual reality) and the digital services PlayStationPlus and PlayStation Now.
