Covid-19: evening games in Paris and eight other French cities under curfew behind closed doors

Professional athletes will benefit from an exemption in the areas of France affected by the curfew (21:00 - 06:00 CET) which begins on Saturday 17/10/2020 at 0:00 CET. But the competitions will take place behind closed doors if they take place after 21:00, these are the two details provided by the French Ministry of Sport on 14/10/2020.

"The decision we have taken is a curfew that will apply to the Ile-de-France region (including Paris) and to eight metropolises: Grenoble, Lille, Lyon, Aix-Marseille, Montpellier, Rouen, Saint-Étienne and Toulouse. This curfew will be between 21:00 and 06:00 and it will start from this Saturday (17/10/2020) 00:00. The government has decided it will be in effect for four weeks, and we will go to Parliament if we need to extend it until 01/12/2020," announced Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic, during a televised interview about the coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19) and to the upsurge in France cases, on 14/10/2020.
