Serie A TIM: Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts of the 20 clubs (November 2020)

The 20 clubs in the 2020-21 Serie A TIM championship total more than 211 million fans on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, according to data compiled by News Tank Football on 01/11/2020. The Serie A TIM is the third most followed European Top 5 league on these three social networks combined, behind LaLiga Santander and the Premier League, with an average of 10.5 million fans per club.

With more than 95 million fans across the three social networks, Juventus FC is the most popular Italian club ahead of AC Milan (41 million) and FC Internazionale Milano (nearly 35 million).

Juventus posted the best growth in absolute value during the month of October 2020 with 1.1 million additional followers, 71% of them on Instagram alone. On this social network, only Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander, +1 million followers) performed better among the clubs of the European Top 5.

In terms of percentage growth, Genoa CFC posted the best growth on Instagram (+9.8%), promoted side Benevento Calcio on Twitter (+6.7%) and Atalanta BC on Facebook (+3.4%) among the Serie A TIM clubs over the period.
