Serie A had an average attendance of 23,504 at its matches in 2013-14, which was an increase of 2.5% compared to 2012-13 (22,935).

Inter Milan remained at the top of the pack with 46,004 spectators on average in 2013-14. The Milanese club, which finished fifth in the championship, experienced a decline in attendance of nearly 4%. Giuseppe Meazza stadium (capacity 80,000) was 57% full for Inter's matches, while AC Milan's matches filled it to 52% (41,600 spectators on average in 2013-14).

Juventus, double champion, had a stable average, with 38,168 spectators in 2013-14. Juventus Stadium (capacity 41,000), inaugurated on 08/09/2011, was 93% full this season.

An average of 21,092 spectators in Ligue 1 in 2013-14

  • Ligue 1 had 21,092 spectators on average in 2013-14, or a 9.6% increase (up by 1,852) compared to 2012-13.
  • Ligue 1 achieved a slightly increased filling of its stadiums, from 70.6% in 2012-13 to 72.2% in 2013-14.
