LFP: "I knew when I arrived that a renegotiation of TV rights was to be expected" (V. Labrune)

"By running for the presidency of the Ligue de Football Professionnel, I knew the general context and the associated risks. And I am ready to face them. I knew that such an earthquake was not to be ruled out and that a renegotiation of these TV rights was to be expected," said Vincent Labrune, president of the LFP, about the financial difficulties of Mediapro, the main broadcaster of Ligue 1 Uber Eats and Ligue 2 BKT, in an interview with the Journal du Dimanche on 08/11/2020.

"We exchange constructively with the (commercial court appointed) conciliator in order to find a solution acceptable to each of the parties in the shortest possible time.
