Olympique de Marseille: Intersport extends as an official partner for two seasons (2021-2023)

Intersport, a distributor of sporting goods, has extended its partnership with Olympique de Marseille (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) for an additional two seasons (2021-2023), announced the French club on 10/11/2020. "Conscious of the very difficult economic situation since the beginning of the year 2020, Olympique de Marseille is pleased to be able to have loyal partners at its side."

Intersport, which was the club's main shirt sponsor for the 2012-2017 cycle, continues to benefit from the status of official partner, the third level in OM's sponsorship hierarchy. The Swiss group has been a partner of the Marseille club since 2009-10.

"This collaboration, which began more than 10 years ago, takes on a new dimension as it includes a social aspect, dear to our shareholder Frank McCourt and to the sporting goods retailer, through the OM Foundation and initiatives benefiting amateur sport. The first initiative will be the launch of a call for "OM Foundation x Intersport" solidarity projects aimed at OM Next Generation clubs (amateur partner clubs).
