The very first annual report from FIFA's Players' Status Department has been published by the body on 06/11/2020. The report reviews activities carried out between 01/07/2019 and 30/06/2020.

"FIFA's Players' Status Department received a record 9,534 cases and applications, divided in two main categories: dispute proceedings, and registration and eligibility matters. By far the most applications received related to the registration of minors (5,487), while the bulk of dispute proceedings (2,752 cases) were decided by the Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC)," said the body.
