Formula 1: the 2021 season to begin in Melbourne, Australia from 19 to 21/03/2021

Formula One Group has presented the "provisional" 2021 Formula 1 Grand Prix calendar on 10/11/2020. 23 races are on the programme, with a new GP scheduled in Saudi Arabia from 26 to 28/11/2021.

The 2021 season will open once again in Melbourne, Australia from 19 to 21/03/2021. While the 2020 French GP was cancelled due to the pandemic, the 2021 edition should be organised on the Paul Ricard circuit in Le Castellet (FRA) from 25 to 27/06/2021. The Monaco Grand Prix is scheduled from 20 to 23/05/2021. For the time being, the event announced from 23 to 25/04/2021 has no host circuit.

While the Dutch event in Zandvoort - absent from the programme since 1985 - is present in 2021, the Vietnam GP has been cancelled once again.

The 2020 season was initially supposed to consist of 22 races. Faced with complications related to Covid-19, Formula One Management set up a calendar of 17 events, cancelling the Chinese, Vietnamese, Dutch, Australian, Monaco, Azerbaijani, Singapore, Japanese, Canadian, American, Mexican, Brazilian and French Grand Prix.
