28 of the 44 clubs participating in the 2020-21 English first and second divisions - 20 clubs in the Premier League and 24 in the Sky Bet Championship - are owned by a foreign owner, i.e. nearly 64%, according to the infographic compiled by News Tank Football on 10/11/2020 (see below).
