PSV Eindhoven/Covid-19: Signify installs 15 UV-C luminaires to disinfect facilities

Signify, a company specialised in lighting solutions and a subsidiary of the Dutch technology group Philips, has activated its partnership with PSV Eindhoven (Eredivisie) by supplying the Dutch club with 15 UV-C luminaires (electric light units) capable of disinfecting the air, surfaces and objects and rendering the SARS-CoV-2 virus, responsible for the Covid-19 pandemic, inactive, announced the company on 10/11/2020.

The 15 UV-C disinfection luminaires supplied by Signify will be distributed throughout PSV Eindhoven's various facilities: in the dressing room of the professional team (3 luminaires) and that of the visiting team (3) at the Philips Stadion (35,119 capacity), as well as in the dressing rooms (5) and medical area (4) at the Dutch club's training centre.
