OGC Nice: club to help the local valleys devastated by Storm Alex, via 2 charity operations

OGC Nice (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) is mobilising for the benefit of the valleys of the Nice hinterland, which were devastated by Storm Alex in October 2020, through two charity operations: a special "Dante" raffle and a live auction during the home game versus Stade Rennais FC (on Matchday 14 of Ligue 1 on 13/12/2020, kick-off at 13:00 CET), announced the French club on 19/11/2020. The funds raised will go to the association Partagence, which specialises in assisting victims of natural disasters, in order to help families affected by the consequences of the storm.

To pay tribute to their Brazilian captain Dante, who has a serious knee injury and is out for several months, players wore flocked shirts bearing his name during the warm-up ahead of the match versus Slavia Prague (3-2 to the Czech club, Matchday 3 of the Europa League, on 05/11/2020). From 19/11 to 06/12/2020, these 24 shirts worn by OGC Nice players, signed by Dante himself, are being entered into a charity raffle.
