Europa League 2014-15: Torino to replace FC Parma, which was denied UEFA license and is now for sale

The High Court of Justice of the CONI (Italian National Olympic Committee) on 30/05/2014 dismissed the appeal of Parma FC (Serie A) challenging the decision of the Appeals Committee of the FIGC (Italian Football Federation), which had refused to grant them the UEFA license needed to participate in European competitions.
