Scotland: Rangers FC to broadcast Hero Indian Super League matches live in the UK via Facebook

Rangers FC (Scottish Premiership), who signed a two year partnership with Bengaluru FC (Hero Indian Super League) on 27/09/2019, have now entered "an innovative broadcast partnership with the Hero Indian Super League to live stream selected matches in the UK," announced the club on 27/11/2020.

"The partnership will enable Rangers to live stream selected Hero ISL matches (see below) for free on its Facebook page to a UK audience in an exciting collaboration that strengthens Rangers' growing relationship with the Indian football community," said the Scottish club. The Hero Indian Super League began on 20/11/2020.

Since the club's partnership with Bengaluru FC, the club have continued to form a relationship with Indian fans by recruiting Bala Devi for the women's team (the club's first ever female professional player from India), as well as signing a broadcasting agreement with STAR Sports "that has already allowed millions of Indian football fans to watch Rangers live and other 2020-21 SPFL fixtures since its launch," added the club.
