France: Olympique Lyonnais to broadcast ASVEL (Jeep Élite) basketball games on OLTV and OLPlay

Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) will exclusively broadcast, via OLTV and OLPlay, the LDLC ASVEL - ESSM Le Portel game (Jeep Élite, 14/12/2020, tip-off at 18:00 CET), announced the French club on 11/12/2020.

Olympique Lyonnais had previously broadcast EuroLeague Women games but this is a first for the Jeep Élite. The club has also begun producing a documentary series, "We Are ASVEL" for fans to take a behind-the-scenes look at the ASVEL teams (men's and women's). Two episodes have already been broadcast since 10/11/2020. "These programmes are part of the desire to offer more and more basketball content on OLPlay/OLTV," said the club.

OL Groupe signed a partnership agreement with LDLC ASVEL (Jeep Élite, EuroLeague) and Lyon ASVEL Féminin (Ligue Féminine de Basketball, EuroLeague Women) on 22/06/2019. OL Groupe then acquired 25% of the men's team (it now holds 33.33% of this team) and 10% of the women's team.
