2013-14 Ligue 1 top clubs in TV rights: Paris SG get €44.7m, Marseille €42m, and Lyon (€41m)

Paris Saint-Germain, the French champion in 2013-14, were the top earner of media revenues among Ligue 1 teams for 2013-14, with €44.7m. The LFP (French professional football league) board of directors released the distribution table for TV rights for the 2013-14 Ligue 1 on 03/06/2014.

Altogether, Ligue 1 will pay €487.93m to the 20 clubs, or 0.4% less than in 2012-13 (€489m). 38.5% of this amount (€187.9m) will be in the form of fixed per-club payments of €9.4m. An additional fixed payment of €2.35m will go to each holder of club license, totalling €47m, or 9.6% of the LFP's media rights payouts.

The other parameters used for determining payout amounts: the clubs' 2013-14 season rankings (23.4% of the total, €114.2m), rankings for the five previous seasons, including 2013-14 (4.8%, €23.5m) and "notoriety", i.e., the number of television broadcasts, in the same period (23.6%, €115.4m).
