LaLiga Santander: collaboration agreement between Cádiz CF and Chungnam Asan FC (South Korea)

Cádiz CF (LaLiga Santander) and Chungnam Asan FC (K League 2, South Korean second division) have signed a collaboration agreement, according to the Spanish club on 10/12/2020. This is the first agreement between a Spanish top flight club and a Korean club.

"This alliance is a further step in the club's strategy to expand in the Asian market. Following the success of the team in its return to the top flight of Spanish football after 15 years, Cádiz CF will share all its experience and knowledge with the aim of helping Chungnam Asan FC to be promoted to the Korean first division (K League 1)," said the Andalusian club.

"In addition, training programmes will be developed to promote the grassroots football of Chungnam Asan FC, which will bring Korean footballers closer to playing at Cádiz Club de Fútbol. This project also includes the exchange of technology and information about the management of sports entities in order to build an efficient and successful model for the Korean club," explained Cádiz CF.
