FC Bayern Munich: a turnover of €698m (-7%) and net profit of €9.8m in 2019-20

FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga) posted a turnover of €698m for the 2020 financial year (from 01/07/2019 to 30/06/2020), down 7% compared with the record 2019 financial year (€750.4m), according to the club on 18/12/2020.

These revenues include the activities of the commercial company FC Bayern München AG (in charge of the professional football section), Allianz Arena Stadion GmbH (in charge of the stadium) and the club's other subsidiaries.

The Bavarian club's main source of revenue, sponsorship and partnership revenue, was stable at €196.5m. Matchday revenues (€152.5m) were logically down (-14.9%), significantly more than TV rights (€121.2m, -2.7%).

Bayern Munich, winners of the Bundesliga and Champions League in 2019-20, posted an EBITDA of €104.5m, down 28.5% versus the previous year (€146.1m in 2018-19). The club also generated a net profit of €9.8m (versus a record €52.5m the year before).
