Premier League: Uber Eats (meal delivery app) partner of West Bromwich Albion FC for 2020-21

Uber Eats, a meal delivery application and subsidiary of the Uber taxi application, has become an official partner of West Bromwich Albion FC (Premier League) for 2020-21, announced the club on 18/12/2020. This is Uber Eats' first football sponsorship deal in England.

The application, also a title sponsor of Ligue 1 (2020-2022, €15m/season paid to the LFP), benefits from the status of "matchday sponsor" the second level in the English club's sponsorship hierarchy. TGlobal delivery service Uber Eats have teamed up with West Bromwich Albion for the duration of the Premier League season to bring great promotions and exciting competitions to Baggies fans," explained the club.

"As fans are unable to get out to the stadiums for the time being in full capacity, we're looking forward to bringing West Brom's top restaurants to everyone's sofas. As part of the partnership, we have some fantastic joint initiatives and offers lined up that we can't wait to get started with this weekend (19 and 20/12/2020)," said Toussaint Wattinne, head of Uber Eats UK.
