esports: PokerStars activation on Twitch with French streamer Gotaga and Neymar Jr. (PSG)

PokerStars, a brand of the Quebec-based online gaming and sports betting operator The Stars Group, has activated its partnership with Corentin "Gotaga" Houssein, streamer and ambassador for Team Vitality, and Brazilian footballer Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior (Paris Saint-Germain) by organising a 5 v 5 match on the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) video game on Twitch, followed by a tournament on the PokerStars platform on 21/12/2020.

PokerStars became a partner of Gotaga on 18/12/2020 and a partner of Neymar Jr on 16/12/2020. Gotaga has 5.88 million subscribers on his YouTube channels and 2.7 million followers on the streaming platform Twitch, while the Brazilian international has nearly 255 million followers across his social networks as of 24/12/2020.

The match between Gotaga and Neymar, hosted by Akin "Doigby" Arif, drew a peak audience of 200,000 on Twitch: 120,000 via Gotaga's Twitch channel and 80,000 on Neymar Jr.'s Twitch channel.
