Bundesliga: Homeday (real estate), main shirt sponsor of Hertha BSC in 2020-21 (€4m)

Homeday, a Berlin-based real estate brokerage company, has become the main shirt sponsor of Hertha BSC (Bundesliga) for the second half of the 2020-21 season (from 01/01 to 30/06/2021), announced the German club on 28/12/2020. The agreement was negotiated by Sportfive, the club's marketing agency.

If in 2020-21 Homeday will benefit from the status of main partner (first level), the German group will also be an exclusive partner (fourth level) of Hertha BSC for three seasons over the 2021-2024 cycle. Homeday will pay €4m to Hertha Berlin in 2020-21 according to German media on 28/12/2020. "In addition to advertising on the shirt and in the stadium, a major aspect of the agreement will be digital communication and engagement with Hertha fans," explained the club.

Hertha BSC did not have a main shirt sponsor for the first part of the 2020-21 season following the premature withdrawal of TEDi (German non-food chain of retail stores) which was announced on 23/07/2020.
