Paris Saint-Germain: €540.6m in operating revenue (-15%) and net loss of €125.8m in 2019-20 (KPMG)

Among the 2019-20 European Top 6 champions (England, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal), Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) is the club that has suffered the sharpest decline in operating revenues in volume terms (-€95.4m, €540.6m turnover in 2019-20, versus €636m in 2018-19), according to KPMG Football Benchmark, the football-dedicated business intelligence platform of the international network of audit and consulting firms, in its 2021 edition of "The European Champions Report" published on 11/01/2021.

Paris Saint-Germain's "total operating revenues decreased by 15% year on year to €540.6m in the season impacted by the pandemic. (...) PSG racked up a net loss of €125.8m after tax at the end of the 2019-20 financial year. The club's finances suffered, on top of the pandemic, because the French Ligue 1 was the only top domestic European league to be shortened as opposed to delayed," said KPMG.
