UEFA: 9 candidates for 8 seats on the executive committee, election at the Congress on 20/04/2021

"The UEFA administration has received the following nine candidatures (list below, in alphabetical order) for the eight members of the UEFA executive committee to be elected," announced the European body on 14/01/2021.

These eight members will be elected "for a four-year term at the 45^th Ordinary UEFA Congress in Montreux, Switzerland, on 20/04/2021," added the body.

The UEFA executive committee is composed of a president, 16 other members including at least one woman elected by the Congress, two members elected by the ECA and one member elected by European Leagues (article 21, paragraph 1 of the statutes, document available to download). Half of the membership is renewed every two years, in each odd-numbered year.
